What is Technical Communication? Technical communication is speaking around your application/API to introduce its capacities, its benefits, and how it is so cool and new. Documentation is going into details.
Technical communication and Documentation are complementary. If documentation is the twin of programming, then communication would be the cousin: it’s all family!
Technical communication allows writing background information, use schemas, images and charts. Share user testimonials, create cool videos.

The communication can be written in either English, French or German.
Although White Papers and other printed booklets are somewhat old-fashioned, it remains possible to write some. My favorites are websites and other landing-pages. For such services, I rather work in collaboration with your Communication team or a Communication agency.
