With over two decades of hands-on experience, I’ve evolved from crafting reference manuals and online help systems for enterprise-grade software to leading documentation strategies for SaaS platforms and developer-centric APIs.
Since 2019, I’ve built dynamic docs-as-code portals that transform complex product information into intuitive, user-focused content—integrating Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and static-site generators like Docusaurus, Hugo, and ReDoc. Partnering with innovators in IoT, edge computing, and data science, I author REST API specifications, SDK guides, task-based tutorials, and multilingual documentation that resonates with global audiences.
At the core of my practice lies a simple philosophy: good technical writing bridges complexity and usability. Each project demands rapid onboarding, research consolidation, testing, and the translation of abstract system behavior into clear, didactic content.
A lifelong learner at heart, I thrive on mastering new tools and methodologies. Today, I’m deepening my expertise in AI-assisted workflows—harnessing ChatGPT, Copilot, Le Chat, Claude, and more—to accelerate drafting, review, and localization, without ever sacrificing clarity or precision.
